National laws, regulations and administrative procedures:

Arms and Ammunition Act No: 24/1964. There are no existing or new regulations or administrative procedures to ensure the effective implementation of the International Tracing Instrument.

Not all SALW are marked as we have not acquired marking equipment. No marking system has been developed.

Swaziland keeps records on SALW on the basis of serial numbers, but this is not conformity with the PoA because the SALW are not yet marked.
