The module aims to provide trainees with a sound understanding of the different elements of a general reintegration strategy, the challenges involved and how to address and overcome them. The end objective of this module is to enable trainees to design a DDR program for their country or region. The concrete goal is thus the production of a draft reintegration plan, which trainees can use as the basis for the production of a concrete reintegration program in their country or region.
